Why is Data-Warehouse Deployment Readiness Checklist used?
Data Warehouse deployment is a big initiative,
and this template serves the purpose of ensuring that all the tasks
are completed. Though the items listed in here should also be a
part of the project plan, but one has to beware that all the signatories
in real-life don't use MS Project.
What it contains?
It contains the headings like testing,
cut-over, training, operational readiness, first-phase user views,
configurations etc..
