When is Dashboard Health Checklist used?

This template is used at the time
of designing a Dashboard, and can be used freely at any instance
or change in the Dashboard. It can be used formally or informally
to achieve the purpose.
Why is it used?
Dashboard is a mis-used term, and
this checklist clarifies the purpose of a Dashboard and ensures
that dashboard does not become a Scorecard
. This checklist also helps in
making a dashboard effective.
While scorecard is typically (though not always) used
by a unit with a certain minimum size, dashboard can be created
and used by even an individual operational person. Therefore one
can use this simple checklist as a support to help anyone in an
organization.
