A scorecard does contain lots of metrics and non-mathematical aspects as well.
Thought these measurements should be ideally grouped at various levels/sections
to make a scorecard more readable.
During scorecard review, the audience should have a clarity on what are the
top 2-3 decisions, metrics, issues, risks they need to focus upon. This focus
comes out of the business strategy and goals priority and also the exceptions,
where things are not going.
When you start doing the scorecard review, the agenda should define the areas
, which we need to focus on and the time spent on each part of the review session.
In case people get distracted into what is a non-priority area, it should be
placed in a parking lot list or to be discussed offline.
