Online Diagnostics of Execution excellence
Execution-MiH has a created a comprehensive set of online diagnostics, whereby the subscribers can conduct a self-assessment of various dimensions related to Execution Excellence. There are 12 online diagnostics available for subscribers, divided into three sections. The subscriber can subscribe to individual sections or buy the whole diagnostics package.
Subscriber fills-up a questionnaire typically 50-75 questions in one online diagnostics. The questions are so designed to ensure that it evokes a neutral and objective response. Diagnostics questionnaire also has an internal validation system, which identifies and highlights contradictory responses.
After responses given in the online diagnostic are submitted to BIPM diagnostic algorithm. The algorithm generates the assessment score as well as a commentary on the reason for the assessment. The reports is then reviewed internally by our diagnostics team, before sending the results to the subscriber. The result is sent to the subscriber, within 3 working days of submitting the diagnostics. The current set of diagnostics available are:
