Execution-MiH completes the loop of building the Discipline of Execution by delivering on execution agenda of their clients. Our consulting falls into four broad areas- to deliver on the mission-critical Execution Issues/Agenda, enhance inherent Execution Capacity, Program Management, Enhance Enterprise Intelligence. Backed by our decades of experience in making-it-happen and an extensive research-based intellectual property, we deliver our engagement for various functions, processes and goals.

Execution-MiH takes pride in 'Making it Happen' for its clients. Our Execution Specialists are typically hired for managing engagements, which fall within 'TOP-3' agenda items of the client OR where there cannot be compromise of time & quality OR the past attempts by the organization to 'make-it-happen' have not met with success. We go through a complete Execution-Assurance cycle, starting with Diagnostics & Assessment, creating a 360 degree high execution-quotient design and driving the Execution till the realization of the objectives.

Apart from delivering on your Execution Challenges/agenda, we also work on enhancing the long-term execution discipline/capacity of your enterprise at all levels. The objective for this engagement is to enhance Execution Capacity Index for the function, process or a goal under question. For an enterprise, which wants to adopt Execution-MiH as a measurable discipline, its a longer term commitment by the management.

Our Enterprise Intelligence unit services consider EII as business subject with IT as an enabler.

Program Management is a sub-component of delivering on Execution Challenges/Agenda engagements. It is positioned as a stand-alone service, as just like Enterprise Intelligence, it is a highly-scarce competency and Execution-MiH has a unique strength of delivering on complex projects with aggressive time, cost and quality boundaries. Our program mangagement combines the conventional program management methods coupled with proprietory techniques and tools, which are suited to an intensely dynamic an ambiguous environment. As a part of our research we have evolved new concepts which challenge conventional linear methods.
