Execution Assessment & Diagnostics

This set of services provide measurement framework of Discipline of Execution. Execution-MiH has developed a comprehensive 'Execution Capacity Index' model, which enables an organization to assess the Execution Capacity of a function/process/team/goal on a numeric scale, along with a complete diagnostics of execution capacity. An enterprise can manage its journey of enhancing its execution capacity, through a periodic assessment of Execution Capacity Index. Execution-MiH also offers many diagnostics tools for a focused assessment on a specific execution issues or domains.

Execution needs to be a 'Measurable' corporate discipline. An organization should be able to quantitativey assess its ability to 'Execute-Making it Happen'. It should have a systematic way to find, prioritize and plan the actions to raise its 'Execution Capacity Index'. It should have a definite sets of tools & methods to pursue these actions, and track its progress on improving its score of 'Execution Capacity Index'. ExCI is a highly adaptable frame-work which measures an organization capacity execute, given the context of its industry, life-cycle stage and the goals it set for itself.

'Execution Capacity Index' provides a holistic frame-work within which an organization assesses its current index, works-out 'what, why, how and when' of their jounrney to move up the index and having periodic status-check. This progression is not only measured in terms of movement up the index, but also on how the organization is able to achieve better business results.

Execution MiH has a created a comprehensive set of online diagnostics, whereby the subscribers can conduct a self-assessment of various dimensions related to Execution Excellence. There are 12 online diagnostics available for subscribers, divided into three sections. The subscriber can subscribe to individual sections or buy the whole diagnostics package.
