Enterprise Intelligence

Execution-MiH considers a good enterprise sensory & anticipation capacity to be the foremost in making-it-happen. If the 'Execution Senses' are not in good shape 'Execution Muscles' are of no avail. Its a recognized fact that the success rate of establishing Enterprise Intelligence capability has high failure rates. As a reflection of our focus on this subject, we have created a sister-domain on Enterprise Intelligence. Enterprise Intelligence goes beyond business-intelligence. Our Enterprise Intelligence unit services consider EII as business subject with IT as an enabler.

Enterprise Information & Intelligence (EII) has three key domains:

  • Data Management – Ensuring Data Quality, Flow and Availability across the enterprise
  • Business Intelligence - Enabling Generation of needed Information
  • Information Publishing - Ensuring that the information is available to the right person at the right time, at the right place and in the right form..

EII Road-map and Planning

Enterprise Intelligence architecture decisions have long term implications. Organizations need to decide upon dozens of architecture components, out of hundreds of choices. One size does not fit all, and there is a need of having an optimum choice of components and the phase of their implementation, as per the organizational context.

Objective: To create the blue-print and road-map of EII architecture at functional and technical level.

A management institution, has to take a strategic decision on if they want to include 'Execution-Making it Happen' as a core academic subject. This will include reviewing the schools focus, mission & vision. Adding a new subject and building a support system around it will be needing a fair degree of commitment on schools part.
