Enterprise Intelligence architecture decisions have long term implications. Organizations need to decide upon dozens of architecture components, out of hundreds of choices. One size does not fit all, and there is a need of having an optimum choice of components and the phase of their implementation, as per the organizational context.
Objective: To create the blue-print and road-map of EII architecture at functional and technical level.
A management institution, has to take a strategic decision on if they want to include 'Execution-Making it Happen' as a core academic subject. This will include reviewing the schools focus, mission & vision. Adding a new subject and building a support system around it will be needing a fair degree of commitment on schools part.
