Execution Capacity Index |
| |
 |
Execution-MiH Capacity Index is a mandatory step, which sets the ground & reference points for any work on building execution capacity. In other words it is equivalent to a full-body health-check & diagnostics of ‘make-it-happen’ ability for a team/ an individual/ a program/ a process/ a business goal or any other domain within which you want to achieve Execution-Excellence.
Execution-MiH is a 'Measurable' discipline. ExCI is a holistic frame-work, through which one can measure the capacity (of an individual, team, process, program, location etc..) to execute, given the specific context & goal. Using this assessment & diagnostic frame-work, an organization or an individual can quantitatively assess its ability to 'Make it Happen' on a scale of 1-10, along with a detailed diagnostics on the gaps, and also suggested improvement actions. |

The Discipline of Execution has a good analogy with a Car. Execution Capacity Index Frame-Work helps you to understand the capacity of your current engine in context of your destination, speed at which you want to drive, the road-conditions and quality of your fuel etc...
Execution-Engine frame-work takes the inputs from the ExCI assessment, and works on Designing, Assembling, Deploying and Running an Execution-Engine, which will drive you to achieve the stated goals. There are four stages Execution-MiH Engine Development. There are four phases of this frame-work:
- Identifying the Right Moving parts of the Engine
- Identifying the right size and strength of selected parts:
- Assemble the Moving Parts
- Deploy the Engine
