Execution Capacity Index

Execution-MiH Capacity Index is a mandatory step, which sets the ground & reference points for any work on building execution capacity. In other words it is equivalent to a full-body health-check & diagnostics of ‘make-it-happen’ ability for a team/ an individual/ a program/ a process/ a business goal or any other domain within which you want to achieve Execution-Excellence.

Execution-MiH is a 'Measurable' discipline. ExCI is a holistic frame-work, through which one can measure the capacity (of an individual, team, process, program, location etc..) to execute, given the specific context & goal. Using this assessment & diagnostic frame-work, an organization or an individual can quantitatively assess its ability to 'Make it Happen' on a scale of 1-10, along with a detailed diagnostics on the gaps, and also suggested improvement actions.
