'Execution Capacity Index (ECIx)' model tells an organization on where it is in terms of its execution capacity, where are the gaps, what are the top 5 things needed to be done to get the maximum capacity build-up, and a high-level road-map for achieving higher ECIx.

Every organization has a different current state, appetite for change, boundary conditions, and skill inventory. The top-5 Execution Capacity agenda defined by the ECIx phase, is taken to the next level of detail. The appropriate techniques and tools are identified, while leveraging what the organization already has. A detailed capacity build-up blueprint is created, which details out 'what, when, how and how?'

Your customized execution capacity blueprint will be rolled-out like a project with defined tasks, milestones and completion criteria. Post implementation of ECIx blue-print, we ensure that the enhanced Capacity and associated discipline is well-ingrained in organizational DNA at all levels. This includes a continued monitoring & exception management and making discipline compliance as part of the leadership competency framework. Once the first milestone of institutionalization is complete, an independent Execution Capacity Index assessment is done.
