The question here is on if the same tools can be implemented in the collaboration and work-flow platforms of the user organization.
Yes, you can implement most of the tools in your collaboration and work-flow system. The practice-tools created by us are in MS-Word or MS-Excel, to ensure the highest level of portability. You can replicate these tools in work-flow systems, a collaboration platform or a small-time DQ practice application sitting on SQL server (say).
However, one should be cautions of on why you want to do it. You can do a lot with MS-Word and Excel. Before you think of investing time and effort in adopting these tools in the form they are. If you are not successful in adopting these tools in their current form, placing them in a work-flow or collaboration platform may not help significantly.
