Performance Scorecard vs. Execution Scorecard

The difference between performance scorecard and execution scorecard is same as the one between Performance Management and Execution Management. Performance Management typically takes an important but limited view of what an organization needs to do for a successful execution. A performance scorecard focuses on performance given the reference of the business plan. Execution scorecard has the performance scorecard as one of the components. It also includes capability scorecard, assumptions tracking, competition tracking, customer scorecard and much more.
