Execution Reporting and Review is a living process. As an Execution Scorecard is generated and reviewed, an ideal capability will be to have a workflow for comments and review. Commentary, review notes and other qualitative information are as important as numbers in an Execution Scorecard. Therefore, a workflow, which can manage and enforce the exchange before and after the publishing of the scorecard, will add significantly to the efficiency of Execution Scorecard Process.
