An organization goes through a lot of thinking and analysis as it publishes its Execution Scorecard. After the Execution Scorecard is reviewed, there are some agreed decisions, actions and future projections. There needs to be a capability of tracking the follow-through of the actions and decisions and realizations of the projections. In other words, an Execution Scorecard is not once a month incident, but a way of managing the execution day-after-day as a continuum. Execution scorecard is pretty much a living scorecard, which goes through a periodic (typically monthly checkpoint)
