What are the core customer needs? Is the product reliable? Is the product simple and intuitive to use? Is there is core need of the customer, which is not yet fulfilled by the other products? Does a product fulfill a logical grouping of customer needs?...With the answers to these questions in place, one can work on the product focus and alignment around organization's strategic priorities, product revenue and profitability hurdle rate, etc....
