Product dimension define all possible
attributes of a product. A product is viewed by different angle
by different stakeholders. For example banking CFO sees a product
as a asset or liability, whereas head of sales may see it as a retail
or institution product.

Product Specification Attributes
This is very much product specific.
For example for Refrigerators, once can have the attributes of color,
double-door/single door, capacity in Liters and so on.
Product Channel Hierarchy:
There are certain products, which
are made to be sold through specific channels. For example there
are vanilla telemarketing, internet products, which can be sold
as commodities.
Product Portfolio Category
These set of attributes essentially
identify the products in terms of their profitability, tenure and
risk. Therefore there are “High/Medium/Low” risk products,
there are “Asset/Liabilities” products and there are
“Long/Medium/Short tenure” products.
